Centerline, Inc. uses a Manuel Nordson Sure Coat system for powder coating. This is a superior coating system that is used by manufacturers world wide to ensure the very finest quality finishes. The inside dimensions for our oven is 22’ Feet long by 10’ Feet wide by 8’ Feet high.
Centerline's spray booth dimensions are 25’ Feet long by 12’ wide by 8’ High. Our reason behind using powder coating is because powder finishes have been proven to be among the most durable in the industry. Powders are available in a wide variety of colors and textures giving our customers many different options for their applications. Powders are also available in Polyesters, Epoxies, and Urethanes.
Centerline uses the following manufacturers for their powders and paints Sherwin Williams, Cardinal, DU PONT, TCI, and Tiger Drylac. When it comes to quality, Centerline takes this very seriously and we utilize Nema and Industry standards. We want to ensure that we obtain the best finish when it comes to the quality of our products, thus insuring repeat business from our current customers and continued growth from new customers.
